Features and Applications:

Chemical Composition:

Manganese Mn: 0.45 ~ 0.77

S: sulfur 0.025 or less

P P: 0.025 or less

Chromium Cr: 0.80 ~ 1.15

Ni Ni: 0.30 or less

Copper Cu: 0.30 or less

Vanadium V: 0.25 ~ 0.35

Mo Mo: 0.50 ~ 0.65

Heat treatment process: quench 890±15℃, oil cold; Tempering 650℃, air cooled.

Mechanical properties:

Specify residual elongation stress OR0.2 /MPa: ≥720

Tensile strength OB /MPa: ≥860

Elongation δ5(%) : ≥18

Section shrinkage ψ(%) : ≥50

Impact absorption work Aku/J: ≥34(for V-notch sample impact)

Delivery status HBS10/3000: ≤269
