Hot-dipped galvanized steel
Hot-dipped galvanized steel combines the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance and durability of zinc coating. It is commonly used in the construction, automobile, and home appliance industries. As a professional supplier of galvanized metal, GNEE Steel has two hot dip galvanizing lines with an annual output of 300,000 tons. We can offer hot dip galvanized steel in coil, sheet, plate, and strip, with or free of spangles. The available thickness ranges from 0.12 to 4 mm, and the width is from 600 to 1,500mm. Welcome to contact us for more details.
- Inspection of Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel
The inspection of hot-dip galvanized steel products includes the base metal material and mechanical properties (tensile test/bending test), thickness, width, length, zinc coating thickness, spangles (surface), packaging, profiles, etc. At GNEE Steel, we have a strict quality inspection system. Also, our products are subject to third-party quality tests. Moreover, we can offer samples for your inspection. Welcome to contact us for more details!

Note: The thickness of cold-rolled galvanized steel is less than 1.5 mm, and the thickness of hot-rolled galvanized steel is 1.5 -4.0mm.
Hot-dip galvanized steel is produced by a continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with hot-rolled steel or cold-rolled steel as the substrate. That is, continuously immerse the base metal into the molten zinc bath (at 450 degrees) to apply a layer of zinc coating to its surface. Before galvanizing, the base metal will be degreased, washed, dried, and then annealed first. It is available in sheet and coil.
